We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on most digital courses, programs, and toolkits. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the original transaction date.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Refunds

You must submit your request within 7 days of purchase.
You must demonstrate that you have engaged with the material (e.g., completed at least one module, downloaded content, or attended a live session).
You must provide a clear explanation of why the program did not meet your expectations and how it failed to deliver value.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests from individuals who have:
Consumed a substantial portion of the product (e.g., completed more than 30% of a course).

Previously requested refunds repeatedly or demonstrated patterns of misuse.
3. Non-Refundable Items
